Ana Roca Castro (@AnaRC) –
Ana is LATISM’s Founder and Chair, and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Social Media. Ana uses her 14 years of project management experience to help businesses and organizations achieve their objectives via state-of-the-art social media development. After managing the Oracle implementation for the United Nations, Ana started Premier Social Media in 2007 with the development of a safe Social Networking site for diplomats and ambassadors.  She has developed 2 internal Social Networks, over 50 Facebook applications, 68 iPhone/Android apps, more than 100 widgets and over a dozen Twitter applications. Her clients include Toshiba, Walmart, FedEx, the World Bank, Nickelodeon and THER-RX corp.  As a Social Media developer, she partners with businesses, non-for-profit organizations and PR/Marketing companies to serve their needs within the Social Media realm.

Elianne Ramos (@ergeekgoddess) –
Elianne is the Vice-Chair of Communications and PR for LATISM, and Principal and CEO of Speak Hispanic Communications. Through her company, Elianne partners with companies to develop strategic communications plans for engaging the Latino market. In over 15 years of Creative Direction, Copywriting, Public Speaking, Public Relations and TV Commercial Production experience, Elianne has developed broadcast, multimedia and social media campaigns for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Panasonic, SlimFast, Chivas Regal, HSBC Bank and AARP. Formerly, she was the VP, Creative Director and founder of i3 Creative Group, managing production teams working concurrently in the United States, Mexico, Uruguay and Argentina. She has also led creative workshops and lectures at marketing conferences and universities in both the United States and South America. Her writing has appeared in numerous books and publications, including the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. She is also a Latino Outreach Board member at The Walters Museum.

Edgar Mejia (@EdConexion) –
Edgar currently serves as LATISM’s Vice-Chair of Events, and as President and Chief Creative Officer at Conexion. For its successful people, planet, and profit model, Mr. Mejia has been the proud finalist to the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award by INC. magazine and Hispanic Business magazine, respectively. Prior to his current position, Mr. Mejia served as Executive Director of the Latin Business Association (LBA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Mr. Mejia holds a bachelors degree in communications, and a Presidential Key Executive MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. He also has successfully completed two Executive Management Development extension programs at the Anderson School of Business, at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Reina I. Valenzuela (@Soylamar) –
Reina is the Vice-Chair of Memberships for LATISM, and CEO of Starfish*Global, a management consulting firm. She is also a social and business entrepreneur, passionate about community building on the ground and online. Reina holds an MBA in Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services.

Elma Placeres-Dieppa (@mzelma) –
Elma is the Director of Logistics for the 2011 LATISM National Conference in Chicago. A multi dimensional marketing consultant, Elma focuses on giving small businesses the tools they need to grow. With experience ranging from developing an eco-tourist program in Costa Rica to winning a direct mail award, she channels her event production experience to create memorable conferences.  Contact her if you would like information on bulk tickets, volunteering or vendor opportunities.
